How to manage my membership details?

Click on the green button to upgrade your membership or change credit card.

Use the in-app message tab (on the Home screen) to receive help from a team member within 24 hours

How to upgrade your membership from free week
Add payment method in customer portal
  1. After signing into the customer portal using your account email, click "Add payment method" to add a credit card

    Update subscription button
  2. After successfully adding credit card, click the "update subscription" button

    Switch between monthly and yearly subscription
  3. Now you can switch between monthly and yearly subscription
How much does a membership cost with Attached?

Membership details:

Paid monthly:
  • 🕊️ Early-bird: $12.99 / month (available only to the next 1000 people)
  • 🟢 Normal: $24.99 / month
Paid yearly:
  • 🕊️ Early-bird: $8.25 / month (available only to the next 1000 people)
  • 🟢 Normal: $12.8 / month
What happens if I don't get a membership?

Don't worry, you won't be charged after your free week is over. However, you won't be able to login to the app anymore.

I can't login to the app!

If your free week has expired and you did not upgrade your membership, you won't be able to login to the app.

Click on "Manage My Membership" to continue your access.

  1. Login using your account email
  2. Add a credit card
  3. Your membership will be upgraded.
  4. If you'd like to get a yearly membership, click "Update subscription"
Why do you charge?

As much as we'd love to provide Attached for free, we are a small business. Our team pours in a lot of time and energy to create the best app for you. This takes time, effort, and include costs like compensating the team, server fees, maintenance fees and much more.

Charging a monthly fee will allow us to:

  • Continue to develop and research tools to help us all with attachment
  • Bring in more experts to help
  • Helps support the team (as we still need to pay rent, eat, live)
  • Allow us to be community-driven (we are always looking for your feedback and improving the app based on your suggestions)
  • It ensures we don't have to take VC funding or third parties who don't share our values
After upgrading to a paid member, the app won't load

Thank you for joining as a member! It takes ~5 minutes for our system to update. Re-open the app from background after ~5 minutes. If it still doesn't work, reach out to us via the in-app message portal.
